I think it could also be interesting to interview Wil Zonneveld W.A.M.Zonneveld@tudelft.nl (and or Verena Balz v.e.balz@tudelft.nl ) on that topic, he also has a position at the TUDelft. Of course also Geert Teisman (teisman@fsw.eur.nl) could be interesting, but he is always very hard to get. And Willem Salet W.G.M.Salet@uva.nl also perhaps. All are professors though so very much research driven. As practitioners I think Jaap Modder jmodder@destadsregio.nl could be intersting as well (but he is with me in Paris) and Lodewijk Lacroix L.Lacroix@haaglanden.nl (easier to get an appointment with).
